He received his B.A. in Power and Water University of Technology (PWUT), his M.S. in Islamic Azad University. and his PhD in Industrial Engineering from Science and Research Branch in Tehran, Iran. S. A. Edalatpanah received the Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics from the University of Guilan, Rasht, Iran. He is currently working as the chief of R&D at the Ayandegan Institute of Higher Education, Iran. He is also an academic member of Guilan University and the Islamic Azad University of Iran. His fields of interest are uncertainty, fuzzy mathematics, numerical linear algebra, soft computing, and optimization. José Luis Verdegay
Prof. José Luis Verdegay received an M.Sc degree in mathematics and a Ph.D. degree in sciences from the University of Granada, Granada, Spain, in 1975 and 1981, respectively. He is a Full Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence (DECSAI), University of Granada, Spain, member of the Models of Decision and Optimization (MODO) Research Group and Coordinator of the Master on Soft Computing and Intelligent Systems between the University of Granada and University of Computer Sciences (Cuba). He has published twenty-nine books and more than 350 scientific and technical papers in leading scientific journals and has been the Advisor of 20 Ph.D. dissertations. He has served on many international program committees and has attended numerous national and international conferences, congresses, and workshops. He has been a Principal Researcher in a variety of national and international research and educational projects, and currently is leading a research project on “Models of Optimization and Decision: Applications and Solutions at 3 Different Environments” and coordinating the Ibero-American research network in Decision and Optimization models (iMODA). He has a long experience in the evaluation of the quality of academic institutions. He has been a member and President of a number of committees with the European Training Foundation and the Spanish Ministry of Education.
He also is a member of the Editorial Board of several international leading journals, as for instance Fuzzy Sets and Systems, Fuzzy Optimization and Decision Making, IJUFKS, or Memetic Computing. He has been Chairman of DECSAI (1990–1994), President (founder) of the Spanish Association for Fuzzy Logic and Technologies (1990–1996), Advisor for Intelligent Technologies of the Spanish Science InterMinistry Commission (1995–1996), Director of International Affairs at the University of Granada (1996–2000) and Delegate of the Rector for ICT in University of Granada (2008-2015). Professor Verdegay is an FSA fellow, IEEE Senior Member, and Honorary Member of the Cuban Academy of Mathematics and Computation. Besides he has the Featured Position of “Invited Professor” at the Technical University of Havana (CUJAE, Cuba), Central University of Las Villas (Santa Clara, Cuba), and University of Holguín (Cuba). He is also a “Distinguished Guest” of the National University of Trujillo (Perú). His current scientific interests are on Soft Computing, fuzzy sets and systems, decision support systems, metaheuristic algorithms, nature-inspired systems, and all their applications to real-world problems.

Teresa A. She co-organized International Conferences on Risk Analysis: in Portugal - ICRA5, in Spain – ICRA6 and RISK2015, in USA- ICRA7, in Austria-ICRA8 and also in Brazil - Manaus (2014) and in Campina Grande ANSRA2 (2015). Moreover, she participated in the Scientific and Organizing committees of several conferences around the world not only on Statistics and related areas, but on E-Learning Mathematics, Operations Research, Entrepreneurship and others.
In 2017 she was Co-Chair and organizer of ICRA7 at Chicago, Norteastern Illinois University 3-5 May, of 11thWSMC in Portugal and of ISI Satellite Meeting of CRA-ISI in Lisbon 10-13 July. She organizes one IPS and one STS at ISI2017-Marrocco, two invited sessions at ISI RSC 2017 in Bali and she integrates the Organizing Committee of the Conference to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Peter J Cameron in Lisbon.

Antonio Sarasa-Cabezuelo obtained an MSc. degree in Mathematics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM), a BSc. degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), and a MSc. degree in Computer Science from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. He is very close to getting his PhD. in Computer Science from the Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence Department (Facultad de Informática, UCM). Currently, he is a Lecturer at the UCM's Computing Systems and Computation Department.
His research is focused on the language-oriented development of XML-processing applications, and on the development of applications in the fields of digital humanities and e-Learning.
The research results of Prof. Sarasa have been published in over 50 research papers in conferences and book chapters. He collaborated with RED.ES in the construction of AGREGA, the first federated repository of learning objects built in Spain. Currently, he is a member of the AENOR CTN 36 committe.

Under his leadership during 2010-20, Anand-ICE consistently progressed in education and preparation of students, and in the new direction of academics, research and development. His overall impact to the institute is considerable. Many scholars from different nations, including China, Uzbekistan, Thailand and African Countries came to work under his guidance. The majority of these visiting post-doctoral scholars were sent to work under Dr. Agarwal by their employing institutions for at least one month.
Dr. Agarwal regularly disseminates his research at invited talks/colloquiums (over 25 Institutions all over the world).He has been invited to give plenary/keynote lectures at international conferences in the USA, Russia, India, Turkey, China, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Germany, UK, Turkey, and Japan. He has served over 50 Journals in the capacity of an Editor/Honorary Editor, or Associate Editor, and published 11 books as an editor. Dr. Agarwal has also organized International Conferences/ workshops’/seminars/summer schools.

Mohamed Abdel-Basset (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in operations research from the Faculty of Computers and Informatics, Zagazig University, Egypt. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Computers and Informatics, Zagazig University. He is working on the application of multiobjective and robust metaheuristic optimization techniques. He has published more than 200 articles in international journals and conference proceedings. Ramin Safa was born in Tonekabon, Iran. He studied Computer Engineering at Islamic Azad University of Lahijan. He got his BSc degree in 2012 and at the same year he was accepted to follow his masters study at University of Guilan in Rasht. He received the MSc degree in Information Technology in 2014, and a year after that he was accepted to pursue his studies as a full-time PhD student in Software Systems at Islamic Azad University of Rasht.
