He received his B.A. in Power and Water University of Technology (PWUT), his M.S. in Islamic Azad University. and his PhD in Industrial Engineering from Science and Research Branch in Tehran, Iran. His research interests are decision making, Data Envelopment Analysis, Engineering management and strategic management. S. A. Edalatpanah received the Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics from the University of Guilan, Rasht, Iran. He is currently working as the chief of R&D at the Ayandegan Institute of Higher Education, Iran. He is also an academic member of Guilan University and the Islamic Azad University of Iran. His fields of interest are uncertainty, fuzzy mathematics, numerical linear algebra, soft computing, and optimization. Ramin Safa was born in Tonekabon, Iran. He studied Computer Engineering at Islamic Azad University of Lahijan. He got his BSc degree in 2012 and at the same year he was accepted to follow his masters study at University of Guilan in Rasht. He received the MSc degree in Information Technology in 2014, and a year after that he was accepted to pursue his studies as a full-time PhD student in Software Systems at Islamic Azad University of Rasht. He is a PhD candidate now. His research interests include Data Mining Techniques, Recommender Systems, and Personalization as well as their applications in health care.

Prof. José Luis Verdegay received an M.Sc degree in mathematics and a Ph.D. degree in sciences from the University of Granada, Granada, Spain, in 1975 and 1981, respectively. He is a Full Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence (DECSAI), University of Granada, Spain, member of the Models of Decision and Optimization (MODO) Research Group and Coordinator of the Master on Soft Computing and Intelligent Systems between the University of Granada and University of Computer Sciences (Cuba). He has published twenty-nine books and more than 350 scientific and technical papers in leading scientific journals and has been the Advisor of 20 Ph.D. dissertations. He has served on many international program committees and has attended numerous national and international conferences, congresses, and workshops. He has been a Principal Researcher in a variety of national and international research and educational projects, and currently is leading a research project on “Models of Optimization and Decision: Applications and Solutions at 3 Different Environments” and coordinating the Ibero-American research network in Decision and Optimization models (iMODA). He has a long experience in the evaluation of the quality of academic institutions. He has been a member and President of a number of committees with the European Training Foundation and the Spanish Ministry of Education.
He also is a member of the Editorial Board of several international leading journals, as for instance Fuzzy Sets and Systems, Fuzzy Optimization and Decision Making, IJUFKS, or Memetic Computing. He has been Chairman of DECSAI (1990–1994), President (founder) of the Spanish Association for Fuzzy Logic and Technologies (1990–1996), Advisor for Intelligent Technologies of the Spanish Science InterMinistry Commission (1995–1996), Director of International Affairs at the University of Granada (1996–2000) and Delegate of the Rector for ICT in University of Granada (2008-2015). Professor Verdegay is an FSA fellow, IEEE Senior Member, and Honorary Member of the Cuban Academy of Mathematics and Computation. Antonio Sarasa-Cabezuelo obtained an MSc. degree in Mathematics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM), a BSc. degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), and a MSc. degree in Computer Science from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. He is very close to getting his PhD. in Computer Science from the Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence Department (Facultad de Informática, UCM). Mohsen Imeni is a member of the faculty of Accounting at the Ayandegan Institute of Higher Education. He received his MSc in Accounting in the Islamic Azad University of Kashan Branch; he received a PhD from (Accounting) the Islamic Azad University of Rasht Branch. He teaches undergraduate courses in accounting and finance.
Erfan Babaee Tirkolaee obtained a BSc. (2012) and MSc. (2014) in Industrial Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology in Isfahan, Iran. Then, he received a Ph.D. degree (2019) in Industrial Engineering from Mazandaran University of Science and Technology in Babol, Iran. Dr. Erfan Babaee Tirkolaee is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Istinye University in Istanbul, Turkey. Meanwhile, he has worked as a Quality Assurance consultant and training manager in some automotive industries in Iran, and could go through different relevant courses like ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949-2016. He has been verified as a scientific elite by the Young Researchers and Elite Club, Islamic Azad University in 2017 and Iran's National Elites Foundation in 2018. He has published more than 70 papers in high-quality journals and conferences and has been serving as a reviewer in many reputed journals such as IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy System, Journal of Cleaner Production, Waste Management, Computers & Industrial Engineering, and Optimization. Erfan Babaee Tirkolaee has been recognized as Top Peer Reviewer in 2 of the Essential Science Indicators research areas by Publons. Moreover, he is a member of the editorial/guest editorial board in several journals such as Annals of Operations Research, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Management Decision, and International Journal of Supply and Operations Management.
Hossein Sadr received the Ph.D. degree in computer software engineering from Islamic Azad University, Iran, in 2020, and the M.Sc. degree in computer software engineering from Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch, Iran, in 2013. He is currently a Lecturer with the Department of Computer Engineering, Islamic Azad University. He is actively involved in the organization of a number of flagship conferences and workshops as well as cooperating as a Reviewer with reputable journals, such as IEEE Access and Neural Processing Letters. His main areas of research are natural language processing, information retrieval, machine learning, deep neural networks, and cognitive science. He is also a member of the Intelligent Systems Scientific Society of Iran (ISSSI).

Maziar Yazdani holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in industrial engineering. Additionally, he holds a ph.d. in construction management from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. He is a Research Fellow at the University of New South Wales School of Civil and Environmental Engineering in Sydney, Australia. He has published over thirty articles in prestigious journals, including Journal of Cleaner Production, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Journal of computational design and engineering, Journal of Building Engineering, and International Journal of Computer Integrated Manufacturing. His research interests include disaster management, supply chain management, health care systems, sustainable logistics and production management, construction management, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
